Four Seasons Resort Orlando recently unveiled updated guestrooms and suites, and with a fresh look and Lead With Care health and safety measures in place, the Resort remains Central Florida’s #1 luxury resort and a coveted family vacation destination.

Activities for Teens

With an array of activities designed for the tween and teen set, parents may be pleasantly surprised to see their kids take a break from screen time and experience active recreation while at #FSOrlando. Upon check in to the Resort, teens receive a welcome amenity including a gourmet popcorn and specialty soda.  Teens will also love the ability to order a complimentary signature mocktail, off-menu and available only to the teens who request, at each of the Resort restaurants. New activities, such as the “(Not So) Fast & Furious,” a timed golf cart obstacle course, will give teens something interactive and unique for their age group.

“Our Resort has many areas that have always been perfect for teens to enjoy, from the lazy river to the water slides to the sport court on Explorer Island,” notes Thomas Steinhauer, Regional Vice President and General Manager. “However, these added offerings will make it even more fun for them. Our Resort aims to provide fun for the whole family.”

The Resort’s Hideout lounge is the perfect space for tweens and teens to enjoy some relaxing fun, with a large sectional sofa and big-screen television ideal for watching movies or playing video games. Several additional video games are also available in a separate area of The Hideout, including a multi-player PAC-MAN.  The Hideout also offers billiards, interactive video table games, and more.  Now, select nights and designated times The Hideout will be open for teens only, giving them a chance to meet and enjoy spending time with other teen guests.  Activities including sand volleyball, basketball on the sport court, and games such as table tennis and air hockey also beckon to teens.  On select nights, after the Dive-In family movie feature, the Resort will run a PG or PG-13 movie by The Hideout.  Teens can hang out together and watch the movie, and enjoy complimentary popcorn and additional light bites, which vary, such as cotton candy, mini hot dogs, soda floats and soft pretzels.

Fun for All Ages

Perhaps the best part of Four Seasons Resort Orlando is the intentional design of the Resort, with specific areas designed to appeal to different age groups, catering perfectly to multi-gen travellers. Teens can have a blast in the lazy river or water slides, or playing water volleyball at The Cove section of the river.  For little ones, there’s a separate Splash Zone with zero-entry and various depths, perfect for toddlers and babies able to sit and splash with their guardian. The Explorer family pool is great for all ages, and the toddler slide and zero-entry is also ideal for younger children.

While kids are being entertained at Kids For All Seasons, adults can enjoy the peaceful Oasis pool, for adults 21 and older. The lakeside pool is surrounded by palm trees and white cabanas, and attentive pool servers cater to guests’ every need. An 18-hole golf course, three Har-Tru tennis courts, and The Spa also provide adults a welcome respite. During spring break, there are several outdoor fitness classes available to guests, including Morning Meditation, Hatha Yoga, and Cardio Row, all outdoors on the fitness lawns. In addition, guests can experience a unique Aqua Aerobics, held in the lazy river using the current of the river for added resistance.
